naota 113 Evincar Share Posted August 9, 2021 All; I have unsubscribed accounts who emails have returned a bounce back notification that indicates the account is disabled or deleted. I didn't delete any user accounts. Your accounts should still work correctly. I highly recommend updating your email account for password recovery procedures. We don't have the ability to recover existing passwords. We can only force password changes or set a temp password. If you are having issue signing in or recovering your account, please send an email to info @ hvanime.com . Make sure you include your Username, The Email account you last used, and and we will will discuss a way of getting your access restored.
